Hi Claude,
You can access the file on your GoogleDrive because you are logged in with your Google account and are the owner of that file.
When I (or anyone visiting this forum) click on the link, GoogleDrive will not give me access to the file unless I first log in with a Google account and then request access from you. Since you don't have my email address, should you receive an access request you would have no way to know if it is from me or someone else.
I just sent you a new message on your email address (it may end up in the spam folder, so please check there too).
